Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten FREE) #Recipe #GlutenFree #Cookie

I have to say that I just love baking and eating these cookies. Not to mention they are very frugal and are sure to please your families cookie cravings. I make these on a regular basis and the kids just love them and it’s a great way to get more protein into them.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg

Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients till the dough is smooth
Drop by the spoonful onto a greased baking pan and bake for 6-8 minutes. Be sure not to over bake them as they are the best when they are soft still.

Now I would suggest making a double batch for larger families because they will disappear quickly! I have to say that when I make them they don’t last long we usually have them as a movie treat and by the end of the movie we are wondering where the cookies went. lol

Do you know how many calories they are?

I have been making these for years! They are good if you are poor :) They get really dry after they start to cool off. Try to snack on them while warm. No telling how many calories!
