This easy American Goulash will be done quickly and ready to eat in no time. It’s perfect for a cold day, when you want something filling and done quickly. We have a lot of busy days all year round so this is my go to recipe if it’s going to be a hectic day. If I’m not going to be at home most of the day I will throw it in the crockpot on low and it comes out perfect as well. I just boil the noodles or make Mashed Potatoes just before we are ready to eat.
I like to change it up sometimes and I will add mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper, or other veggies to the Goulash so that it’s not always the same. I like to change it up so that the family is not always eating the same meal over and over again. They like the surprises that I try with this dish and always clean their plates.
