Dandelion Salads are really healthy and good for you. This is an easy salad that I learned from my neighbor when I was younger. It is easy to make and has a great flavor to it. Now, the first thing that you will need to do is go to a park or in your yard and get the large leaves from the Dandelion plants. Like in the picture shown above. This makes the ingredients for your salad very cheap to make. You will cut the leaves and then wash them at home if you get them at the park or another area that is near you. Then you will make your salad.
24 Dandelion leaves
1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
You will layer the leaves after washing them in a baking dish. as you layer them you will sprinkle Sugar on each layer. Once you have all your layers done you will put your Vinegar over the top of the leaves and then let them sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours to get all the flavors mixed. Then serve with your dinner. There is also a great Sweet and Sour Bacon Dressing that you could use instead of the Sugar and Vinegar as well. They are good with either of them.
