How To Make This Adorable Easter Cake

This adorable easy to make cake is sure to be a huge hit this Easter with your family. These adorable bunnies and chicks are just too cute! You will find it Is easy to make and everyone will think you spent a lot of time on your cake. Even if you can’t bake you can make this adorable cake!
Ingredients
  • 1 Box of Carrot Cake or any flavor cake
  • 2 Frosting containers
  • Food Coloring
  • Coconut
  • Sour Baby Chicks and Ducks (Dollar Tree)
  • Sweet Tart Jelly Beans
  • 2 bags Sixlets Candy (Dollar Tree)
  • Tootsie Rolls
Instructions
  1. Make the cake as directed on the box in a 9 X 13 Cake Pan or use 2 boxes and use a Lasagna Pan to make the cake
  2. While the cake is baking color your frosting Green and 1/2 a container Blue for the pond
  3. Color the Coconut green by adding 4-6 drops of green food coloring and stirring
  4. Let the cake cool
  5. Make the blue pond first at the end of the middle of the cake more towards the back of the cake.
  6. Frost the rest of the cake Green
  7. Place white sixlets around the “Pond” leaving space in between them
  8. Make the Sixlet Candy Path to the Pond and rotate the colors how you would like them.
  9. Then place the Green Coconut all around the rest of the cake and around the pond
  10. You can then place the Sour Bunnies and Ducks around the cake
  11. Then Microwave two tootsie rolls for 4 seconds till it is soft then shape it into the Easter Basket and use the 2nd one to make the handle for the basket add sixlets to the basket and place it by the Easter Bunnies
  12. Place Sweet Tart Jelly Beans around the bottom edge around the cake
  13. Your cake is now complete
