
Best Ever Apple Pancakes

Your family will be requesting these Apple Pancakes all the time! They are so tasty, they are sure to be a family favorite! You can freeze them as well to make great breakfast even on your busy days.
Ingredients
- 3 Large Baking Apples (Your Favorite) I used Gala Apples
- 1 2/3 Apple Juice (Concentrate can be used)
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 4 Cups Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake Mix
Instructions
- To make this recipe you will need at least 4 hours to over night to make your apples
- To Begin your Apples you will want to peel, core and cut your apples into thin strips.
- Once your apples are in thin strips set them to the side for a moment
- In a large bowl or you can use a pie plate, add your apple juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Then stir so that all the spices are mixed into the juice.
- Place your apples into the juice and leave in for 4 hours to over night, you will want to stir on occasion to get them well coated.
- How to make your Apple Pancake Batter:
- You will drain the juice from the apples into a measuring cup should be about 1 cup of juice
- Put 4 cups of Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix into a large bowl
- Add in your apple Juice from the measuring cup
- Then add 2 cups of Water to mix
- Stir your batter for your pancakes they will have a delicious apple cinnamon smell already.
- To Make your Pancakes:
- You will add your batter to your griddle or your pan
- once you pour the batter and it starts to cook add 3-4 slices of apples per pancake
- When your ready to flip your pancake you will flip them with the apple slices already in the batter they may slide a little when you flip them just push them back into your pancake and continue to let them cook till pancake is done
